We purchased extended support until 08 Nov 2022 through Evnato 😄
I should add that I am also having issues loading Elementor editor. It gets stuck on the “loading” screen, hanging indefinitely. I am wondering if there are some caching issues? Is this something that my host can troubleshoot or is it an issue with the theme itself?
This all started within the last week or so.

Thank you! The developer was able to update the font manually and it looks right again,.

So strangely, the font renders properly on Android based devices.
My developer has suggested that we manually set the font in SliderRevolution. Can you let me know what font family the homepage slider is supposed to have?

Quick follow-up question, do you have instructions on how to update the parent theme? We received an alert from ThemeForest that there is a new version of the Organey Theme, and would obviously like to update but our in-house developer does not know how.

My web developer is asking what permissions, exactly, you need to have enabled? There is customer information that we cannot release, so he is not willing to give over full administrative privileges, but does have the ability to turn on specific privileges that you may need.

Thank you for the reply! Your team’s support has been amazing, very clear and very fast responses, much much appreciated.
I think all of my issues have been resolved, including #4; I was able to ascertain that this is an issue with the size of the logo image, once I resized it, Slider Revolution is now displaying correctly. We are just waiting for an updated version of the logo from our graphic designer, but should I run into any issues, I will reach out again.

Quick update: I was able to solve issue #5 😄 The “related posts” option has be disabled. Yay!
