Thank you! I am curious why this became an issue just recently? It was working before we tried to input a new product into the store. Do you have any idea why that could be?
Thanks again!
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThat seems to have done it! Thank you!
What did you end up doing to remedy the issue? We would like to know so that we can potentially fix it ourselves in the future or avoid the issue.
Again, appreciate the help!
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThe thumbnails are still not showing correctly. We re-built the thumbnails again, but still they display in the wrong aspect ratio.
Is there anything else that can be done? My developer is asking what we are trying to do to fix the problem?
Thank you!
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThanks so much! That seems to have fixed most of the thumbnails.
We are still having issues with the “posts grid” element on the homepage. It still displays the the thumbnails in the wrong aspect ratio. The developer tried to edit the settings in Elementor, but there is no option to set thumbnail sizes.
Is there something that can be done with those thumbnails? It is near the bottom of the page on the homepage (the second screenshot in my original post shows the problem I’m referring to).
Thanks again for the continued support!
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredHello!
That fixed the thumbnails on the store page, but the other thumbnails, such as on the blog archive or the featured images at the top of posts, still are not cropping correctly.
What did you fix? Is there any way for us to apply that fix to other thumbnails?
Thanks again for your help! I hope you can help us fix the rest of the thumbnails 😄

redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThank you for that! Seems to have done the trick 😉
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredMy web developer was able to find the issue is due to the Apple Pay element being hidden. He added the following custom CSS:
#wcpay-payment-request-wrapper {
width: 30%;
padding: 0px !important;
}#wcpay-payment-request-button-separator {
padding-left: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
margin-top: 1em !important;
}However, when viewing the website on mobile or other narrow screens, the elements stack strangely. Do you know how he might be able to stack the elements nicely, or have the items change their dimension in relation to the size of the scree it is being viewing at so that it appears nicely?
Here is a screenshot showing what I mean:
You can see that the “Add to Cart” button appears below the “Apple Pay” button.
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredHello again,
A quick update, we were able to fix issues #1 and #2. It was an issue with our hosting provider and their caching service. All is working again with those, so thank you for taking the time to consider those problems for us!
We are still having the issue with ApplePay not showing in the product page (issue #3 I listed above).
Can you look and see if there is something that can be done to have ApplePay correctly displayed?
Thank you again! We appreciate the support!
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThank you for letting me know! My apologies, but the in-house developer we use was not setting the user role correctly, and so he was modifying the user role capabilities but this account was still listed as a “customer”.
He assured me you should have access now. Can you please confirm?
Again, apologies for the confusion.

I will also send an admin account in a private reply.
We have the following issues the we hope you can remedy:
1. The homepage slider is not working properly. The web developer had to disable “lazy loading” of images through JetPack, because otherwise none of the slides would load, but even with that disabled, the last slide does not work, and then the slider gets “stuck” and you have to refresh the page for it to work again.
2. Elementor does not load. When we try to edit a page in Elementor, it just hangs on “loading” and never loads. We suspect it has to do with the lazy loading issue.
3. When viewing a product page on an Apple device with Apple Pay, the page does not render correctly and there are issues with text overflow. It should say “Add to Cart -OR- Pay with Apple Pay”. The issue is shown in this screenshot:
Thank you in advance for the help! I hope that you can help us resolve some of these last few issues 😄
redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThis reply has been marked as private.redlabelstudioSupport ExpiredThank you! I will get that information for you 😄
We have a few issues that we could use support for. Is there a possibility to go through them all and have you do support at one time? We would very much appreciate it!
