Please go to Admin dashboard -> Templates -> Saved Templates -> Tab Section -> Create Section Size chart: https://ibb.co/VTDRcbT
-> Add contect for this section-> Edit single product -> select Size chart
The pagination is only visible for posts and products, so you have to create posts or customize the post type to be able to create pagination.
This issue is related to caches server and customizations in WP Rocket plugin, please check this plugin’s customization

It seems the problem is caused by your server, it is not saving the customer session when adding products to the cart.
I have disabled all default woocommerce plugins and active theme, the problem is still not resolved. Please contact the hosting support team to resolve your issue
