Shop page and Category product are default Woocommcer pages, using Woocommcer template and Shop Sidebar sidebar.
The page you created pulls the product widget and the shop sidebar but the layout is not the same as the default Woocommcer pages.
If you want to display this page like shop page, you have to create category product -> add product -> call this category page in menu

Yes, these are widgets that are dragged to the sidebar and only work with page shop, category product. It won’t work if you create your own pages and drag Elementor in.
The best way is that you should create Category product and display the menu link of these pages
