Hi i optimized the loading timeof my webshop every page is loading really fast but only the function add to cart got really high loading times (about 10 sec.) why is that?December 19, 2022 at 10:51 pm #8387
I checked add to cart on your website, the loading time for this function is about 2-3s, not too slow as you said. Please clear cache and check again/December 20, 2022 at 3:54 am #8393
Hi thanks for your reply, sure i cleared the cache i also have talked with my hoster we got an really good server but many customers said that the loading time at the add to cart link (at the prouct page) are above 10 seconds! Did you check the link at the Product page? not the quick link add to cart!

Are you enabling js compression from the cache plugin? https://prnt.sc/t5hLFXZs762V
This js compression may cause data conflicts and cause errors during use, please disable js compression in cache settingsDecember 21, 2022 at 2:41 pm #8408
Hello, JS compression is not enabled. We setup the settings for JS execution on user interaction.December 21, 2022 at 11:55 pm #8416
I think the problem may be caused by the cache plugin or a conflict with a plugin on the website.
Please send the admin website account for me, I will check and try to help you.December 26, 2022 at 7:24 pm #8445This reply has been marked as private.December 29, 2022 at 1:07 am #8462
1. In general, your hosting response is quite slow, not only on the single product page but on most pages, the response time is quite slow.
2. You install a lot of plugins and there are some plugins with cache-related conflicts like WP rocket and Kreativo Pro Speed Optimization plugin…
I have tried disabling Woocommcer related plugins, cache related plugins and some other plugins you install, the speed has been much faster.
Please double check all these plugins and delete the unnecessary ones.
