You need to unzip the downloaded package and upload the canymix-theme.zip file to install the theme, not the whole package to install.
Can you take a screenshot and describe in more detail the problem you are having, I am not very clear about your problem.

The shop page is the default Woocommerce page, so you cannot edit it with Elementor unless you use the Elementor Pro plugin and edit it through the Elementor template: https://elementor.com/blog/customize-woocommerce-product-page/
That’s right, when you compress js, these files will be conflicted causing js error. It is best not to compress js files
