I bought this theme on April 14th and since then every time I try to install it, the WordPress crashes. I have posted messages on the their support portal and all that they say is to install each plugin separately. But that does not resolve this issue. I am now beyond frustrated and my client is not enjoying the delay. I have tried everything, from reinstalling the theme, to reinstalling the whole WordPress, installing the required plugins separately, as well as with the theme, but nothing has worked.

I am not the only person facing this issue. Others are complaining the same thing. If the author can not resolve the issue, they should refund and remove this theme from themeforest.

while downloading the required plugins i am getting these errors
