Yes, you are right, all the WooCommerce stuff comes from a previous VirtueMart installation.

Sorry to bother you again but I just found out that your customization works just for one product.
In all the other products pages I don’t have stars below product name and review summary in the review tab.
Is there something I have to do for each product in order to have all the pages looking the same?Thanks.

I get what you mean but there must be something wrong with my installation, I don’t have the single product edit tab as shown in your guide.
