Very sorry, pakrco theme does not use the Revolution Slider plugin, we provide Slider widget through Elementor widget. You just need to install the demo to see this Slider display in the home page

Please double check your hosting and settings regarding caching, lazyloading or image encoding.
When you login as admin, the image cache and encryption are not working so you can load the web normally.
When you do not login or use an incognito browser, the website will cache and encrypt the images, resulting in an error that does not display the correct image.
