WPML Header looks completely buggy and different in other language

I installed WPML but if I switch to german it doesn’t grab the right Header. This is what it should be: http://www.herbal4you.shop this is what it becomes: http://www.herbal4you.shop/?lang=de

Besides this I migrated the website and everything works good. But If I change the permalinks to the original way: so for instance the ‘about’ page used to be over-ons. If I switch it to http://www.herbal4you.shop/over-ons it doens’t work. If I use this format http://www.herbal4you.shop/?page_id=6956 it does work correctly. But I’d like it to be like I installed the theme. Do you know how to fix that too?

I have installed all the necessary parts for WPML for you, I will walk you through some of the basics.

#1. Header +footer translate:

Go to Elementor Header & Footer Builder
Select the templates circled in red (header 6, Footer bar, Footer 1) and select the language in the upper admin menu bar to edit your language: https://prnt.sc/1ttuez6

#2. Translate text on theme + plugin :

Please go to page String translation, search your text and add translate for all languages: https://prnt.sc/1ttuqmz

#3. Menu: I have synchronized the menu for you, but you have to translate the text in this menu to be more accurate.
