woo-commerce compatible & theme updating error

Could you guide me to reinstall the theme please?
So, I logged into themeforest. then do i need to click on recent update and download the file.

I have a doubt: iF i REINSTALL THE THEME, then I need to redesign the website again?

And before reinstalling the theme, should I delete the current theme then upload the updated theme?

Please guide me in installing and updating the theme. Thank you
