    Hi, a strange thing happens on my site. Whenever a user buys with a credit card he gets an error of ”Order processing error” but actually the order is created and the user pays. What happens of course is that the user tries again, the order is successful and I get duplicate orders and the user pays twice. How do we resolve this?

    Ho provato a disinstallare il plugin per il pagamento con carta e riconfigurare tutto, ma continua a succedere.

    The error: An error occurred during order processing. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing an order again

    The payment process failed, which could be due to various reasons. However, if this happens repeatedly, it is a major issue! This checkout system is developed by WooCommerce, so I cannot intervene.

    You can send a ticket to WooCommerce.

    Hello, thank you for your response.
    However, I saw that one of the errors from woocommerce logs is about the Heater and footer plugin which is required for the theme. Maybe it conflicts with woocommerce?

    Do you want to take a look at the logs?
