Unable to create My site Same as shown in the Demo

I’m also having trouble importing demo content for the Kosi Theme. In the theme setup wizard it just stays at 0%. Please advise on what i need to do. Thanks

Please download the latest version theme on themeforest and re-install for your site, then import demo again.

If you need to help, please send Admin web account for me, I will check and try to help you.
