The contact form template was not imported

Hi. I imported a demo. Successfully impressed the entire page, but the contact forms were not downloaded. Can I request that the Contact Form 7 plugin code be made available for the Contact 01 subpage? I need code for Form: [contact-form-7 404].

Please go to Admin dashboard -> Contact -> Contact Forms -> Edit or Create new Contact form and add code html to form:
