test site and license question

Hi helpDesk

I can install theme under test subdomain (sample v2.ch-xxx.com) first and add / edit data i want.
and after done i can copy to live domain later (http://www.ch-xxx.com)
note: on live domain it’s old data still have customer to used it, i don’t want to break / effect with our customer)

It’s to have the problem on license when active theme ?

Yes, You are allowed to use the theme on a dev domain and then move data to the main domain.
