Telephone and email not working

Hi

Ive got 2 issues

1)
When you click on the phone number (on the home page) and email in the contacts page, it doesnt redirect you to the email app or telephone so the customer can call easily or send an email easily.

2)
When you refresh any page on all platforms, at first it shows funny layout and icons. please see the attached below. this is one of the examples i could capture. as you can see, there are emojis instead of icons

Thanks for your help but my 2nd issue isnt resolved yet. when you refresh the page, instead of the icons it puts emojis for a second or two and the whole page layout gets all over the place.

Also please look at the picture below, instead of the stars for review, it puts squares. Can you fix this plz?

The error may be due to your css and js optimization customizations causing conflicts and causing the icons to not be displayed properly.
Please check your optimization settings again
