Slider Revolution shows an Ajax error.

Slider Revolution randomly stopped working. I can’t see the main homepage slider and I can’t update the plugin because it’s showing an “Ajax error”

When I access Slider Revolution I get a pop up with “yes” and “no” options. Clicking either gives me an Ajax Error: https://app.screencast.com/M6zWCJBrV4Y2r

Also, I see that there is a new version of Slider Revolution but I don’t have an access key that should have come with the purchased theme.
