Site speed: I don’t know if it’s the server I have or maybe something is causing extreme slowness on my page, could you review it and advise me on what I can do to make the website load a bit faster?

Recently, I encountered a critical error where I couldn’t access the administrator and the page appeared blank. I had to deactivate all the plugins from FTP and discovered that the affected plugin was WooCommerce. So, I searched for the plugin on the official WordPress site, downloaded it and reinstalled it. This way, I managed to get the site working again. Could you confirm if what I did does not affect the template?
