Single product field positioning

Hello Support Team,

I want to do positioning on single product page, as I want take product short description under the add to cart button and quantity button, it is necessary to further steps in our project, please guide with it and can we make necessary customization in child theme as I have copied the folder in child theme. Please assist us in resolving this issue.
