RTL problem fixes and more

Hi
How are you today?
You declare in your ThemeForest theme page that the “Kosi” theme is RTL supported and fully compatible with WPML
Look at this page in the link
I installed WPML and translated some products and looked at how it shows here
many errors are shown in the header products layout and under the footer show search form show ruined
The RTL files are missing in the theme folder
How can I fix all these errors?

I translated a post from Elementor Header & Footer Builder named: “Before Footer”
But it is not shown in the Arabic language
look the picture
Example: It shows in the English language normal
And not shown in the Arabic language
What is the problem, please?
We need the answer urgently

Yes, there seems to be a problem with the before Footer template, so I attached it to the English footer and the Arabic footer for you.
