Remove sticky header (or hide) and turn mega menu off for my menu items

1. I don’t know how to edit / remove sticky header
2. I also wanna know how to turn my menu links into simple links instead of Mega menu

#2. To change menu, please go to edit header with elemntor: Edit header builder -> Click edit menu -> Select menu: https://prnt.sc/1qizg07
