    Hello,

    We have a problem with the related products layout. They are not displayed correctly.
    Also, the option for columns does not appear in the product archive and has done it only 4 columns instead of 3 columns that we had set.

    Hi you,

    You are using template product of Elementor Pro plugin, we do not support this version in theme. This leads to some conflicts between the theme and this plugin.
    I edited the code from the theme to fix this error for you, however please do not update the theme, as it will lose the custom code that I fixed for you.
