Hello there.

I’d like customer reviews on product page to look just like the ones in the demo page, but for unknown reasons there are some differences.
First, I don’t have review stars below product name (on top of the page); then I don’t have, in the review tab, any stars percentage but just the reviews.
Furthermore, instead of the stars I see “S” letters.
I searched for a config page but I found nothing, in your documentation you talk about a “single product” page in the customizing area but I have none in my panel.
May I have some help about it?

Yes, I’m using a pluging who rewrites all standard WP files and folders name in order to increase website security.
Thanks a lot for finding that error, I’ll try to find a way to fix it.
What about the single product config page?

Hi,

We use the default woocommerce template to customize the layout and do not have our own customization options.
To customize this page again, you need to overwrite the single-product.php file in the woocommmerce folder into the child-theme and customize it.

I get what you mean but there must be something wrong with my installation, I don’t have the single product edit tab as shown in your guide.
Do I have to edit single-product.php in order to have product reviews just like the demo?

#1/ We have some confusion in this manual. This customization is not supported in the theme, you can review the theme description on themeforest

The edits are fixed in the child-theme and customize so it won’t affect when you update the main theme

Hello there!

Sorry to bother you again but I just found out that your customization works just for one product.
In all the other products pages I don’t have stars below product name and review summary in the review tab.
Is there something I have to do for each product in order to have all the pages looking the same?

Looks like it’s an old review you imported so it hasn’t been updated to the database. Only when you add 1 new review will these reviews be updated data and product and display rated. I have updated the reviews for you
