Not sure how to import the theme to the wordpress and show the pre built design

I have already import the theme zip file into the wordpress and get installed, but not sure how how to show the pre design theme layout as a option for me to create page. I prefer to have all pre designed paged show and edit.
I use elementor as well and try to import to the kit library, it just dont work.

When i activated the theme, and it just change the style of button and product layout in the theme, now i already turned off.
