    Are there release notes for the 3 August 2021 update and if I install it, what impact does it have on my current site?

    Hi you,

    The update is compatible with WordPress 5.8 and some other bugs.
    If your customizations are written in the child theme and not directly edited in the main theme, you can completely update without losing your customizations.
