Need Quantity Plus Minus Icons in Quantity Field

Hi,

I have customize the css to make it display better on the website but plus minus icons are not visible could u please help me to resolve it

and

i have one more concern i.e, in cart page plus minus icons are visible but when i have added more item and update the cart then the plus minus icons are not visible, please check it once.
