My products are’nt displayed on the front-end

I bought the Kosi-theme, the product discribtion isn’t displayed, i tried to edit current product or add new one by using the elemenator pro, an error message shown up “Sorry the content area wasn’t found on your page, you must call the_content function in the current template”, i changed the theme to a wordpress default theme and it worked, which represent a problem in the Kosi theme.
