Menu hiding content when using phone

Theres this menu, i dont know where its coming from to remove it. It shows when using phone only and its hiding all the content behind it

Like you are logged in but you cant access the dashboard?

That’s right, I can log in but it seems like access is blocked so there’s a css error, so I can’t customize it on your admin dashboard

Because i still dont like how it looks
If you can tell me how to edit it i want to make it very small and to the side
