Issue with pricing display

Why 2 prices are displaying here?

The product price is : Rs 219
After adding taxes the price is : Rs 230

So, I want a single price should be displayed on the screen, only the product price i.e Rs 219 or if tax will be included then it must be shown this format : Rs 219 (Tax: Rs 11).

Will it be possible? please solve this issue. Because, my visitors are getting confused by seeing two prices at one place.
