In need of updated theme for localhost

I want to start by making m y page in localhost but it is not possible because the files are so old. Where can i download the updated files? As of now it just displays a lot of errors due to old files.’

Also what do I have to do with this?
Merlin_Logger::__wakeup() must have public visibility in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\kosi\includes\merlin\includes\class-merlin-logger.php on line 194

Please go to the file C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\kosi\includes\merlin\includes\class-merlin-logger.php, find code:
private function __wakeup() {}
and edit into:
public function __wakeup() {}
