I NEED TO REDUCE THE SIZE OR HIDE SOME CATEGORIES OF MY VERTICAL MENU

GOOD AFTERNOON,
I AM ENTERING ALL MY CATEGORIES IN MY VERTICAL MENU BUT IT SEEMS THAT IT IS VERY LONG AND CROSSES THE BUTTONS AT THE BOTTOM, I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WAY I CAN REDUCE THE FONT OR THE SIZE OF THE VERTICAL MENU TO ORDER EVERYTHING?, OR MAYBE YOU CAN PLACE A BUTTON TO SHOW OR CUT CATEGORIES AND SO IT DOESN’T CROSS WITH THE BUTTONS BELOW?

In some pages I have seen that the menu being long in the final part there is a button that says “see more” and the menu is stretched and when it is already stretched there is another button that says “hide menu” and it returns to its initial state as long as you don’t come across any content at the bottom.
