Footer is not working

I can’t find out footer option in customisation, i created using the Elementor header and footer option and in the theme option I can see the header and footer selection, I selected my footer. But the problem is the footer shown at the top of the pages. I want to know a proper method to create a footer globally.

It seems there is a problem with your data, can I delete all data to reinstall the demo?
