Font licensing issue

My client just received an email stating that the font ‘Berlingske Serif’ requires them to purchase a license. I wanted to confirm that this is not the case and that font is licensed because it came with the theme. Please confirm.

After talking with our product development team about your problem, we come up with a solution that is to replace you with another free font that is equivalent to the font you are currently using. Earlier we had a mistake in using the font without checking the copyright of this font.
We are very sorry for this problem and please provide an admin account so that I can replace the new font for you.
