Dummy Data & Templates missing in installation

We tried setting up milano theme couple of times but it is not showing templates and dummy data so that we can simply do cosmetics and live our project. Its not practically possible to design/create all pages, please advice if we are missing anything?

once done please tell me the procedure so i can also update same on my temp demo project link
