Critical error

Hi,
I tried to upload the theme, it uploaded successfully but afterwards do not ask for required plugins.
So, when i activate the theme, critial/fatal error messages appears. Then i would not be able to even access admin panel of wordpress.

Please let me know what am i doing wrong?
Previously once, i used this them and on the front page it gives a list of required plugins to be installed, which worked perfectly but not happening now.
