Change the colour of the article frames

I would like to change the colour of the outlines of the articles when I move the mouse over them, however I have searched through all the parameters but I cannot find where this colour is modified.

About this issue, please use this css code and add into file style.css ( child-theme):

border-color: #your-color !important;
}
