Can’t find the footer bar template

1. I need the navigation menu bar with the 4 buttons for the mobile view and I can’t find it in the elementor templates.

I managed to display the menu on mobile, but the problem I have now is that where there is a revolution slider and a banner with a photo, the mobile menu bar appears a level below them.
