Can not redirect to cart page from checkout page by clicking on cart icon

Hello Support Team,

I am facing the problem of when we added the item in cart and when we going to checkout page and if we want to go on cart page again by clicking on cart icon from header also from checkout page it not taking us to that cart page, which is the main issue. One more, can we give item removal option on checkout page also. Please help with this and please make any changes in child theme.
