I am getting this in the admin panel on the top of the backend:

Can NOT find LSCWP path for object cache initialization in /home/smibeauty/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php

My website has been lagging badly. Any suggestions?

I installed Lite Cache to the site and it removed that notice but my website is still slow. Please help, it is having optimization issues.

Analysis shows that your images have not been optimized, in addition to loading libraries from 3rd parties (paypal) and uncompressed css and js files.
