On a brand new install of WordPress 6.2.2 I get

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 25 of the file /wp-content/themes/baloca/includes/merlin/class-merlin.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Merlin, because the name is already in use

Did you install any additional data import plugins?
The error is conflicting with a certain plugin that contains the same Merlin class as in our theme.
Please delete all previous plugins you have installed when using this theme
