I added it to custom CSS but title doesn’t appear, it only became smaller.

I changed header background colour but when I scroll down the colour of sticky header changes to demo colour.

What’s the PHP that the theme runs on without issues?
Would it be a solution if I ask hosting provider to lower PHP?

Can this be a PHP issue? What PHP Petpuzzy theme runs on? Mine is currently 8.0.
