Wishlist botton no popup and hover problem

Please help us for
1. When adding the product to the wishlist (the homepage), that wishlist popup does not show as your template.
2. The gray hover problem, https://plusleading.com/ homepage, Scan Engine, Touch & Display, and One Stop Parts Solutions part. NO need the gray hover when the Mouse moves on, just like your template is the best
