Thumbnails Not visible and Store page thumbnails too large

I am facing issues with the theme on the home page and store page both.

1. Homepage: Shop By Category & Bestseller Products Thumbnails showing a white image https://prnt.sc/24iPFR3UyT0V

2. Store or Shop Page: The grid view shows all item’s thumbnails and big images. https://prnt.sc/XWynHMvW8YLt

I am sending access detail of the under-development site.

Thanks for your support. It is working great now. What was the exact issue? Is there anything I missed or did wrong?

One more issue I am trying to set the HEADER 1 & FOOTER 1 templates on the entire website. But after clicking on SETUP NOW in the Setup Header Footer section it gives the message

Success! Have been set up for your website

But nothing is set. Can you check this too? and let me know what is wrong with it.
