The mega menu don’t work

The mega menu has never worked as expected. I was forced to install Max Mega Menu, which also fails to function properly due to the theme’s header and menu configuration. As a result, I lost the project and I am required to compensate my client.

I have already submitted a negative review regarding this issue. However, if the problem is properly fixed and the mega menu works as intended, I am willing to update my review and provide the best possible positive feedback. I expect a clear and immediate solution so that I can minimize the financial impact for the pet shop owner.
