The quick view doesn’t work correctly after the last update. If you choose an option, after delete it and then you chose again, the product image disappear. Can you check this problem, please?

Plugin WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce version 2.8.6, this version is having a js error, I have contacted the plugin author to ask them to update this issue.

I have rolledback the plugin to version 2.8.0 for you to make it work properly, after the new version update notification, please update this plugin again.
