Product Catalog issue

Hi dear team,
I have 2 issues…
1) I am having total 10 proudts in my website but in homepage it is showing only 6 products.. i am unable to edit/increase this count…can you please add all products in homepage so that user get all product showcase on homepage..it would be very helpful..

2) I need to put proudcts in order as like

Honey – Pure and Natural Raw Honey
Ghee – Pure Desi Buffalo Ghee
Turmeric – Pure and Natural
Guntur Kura Karam – Pure and Natural
Idli karam podi – Freshly Home Made
Kandi podi – Freshly Home Made
Regi Vadiyalu (Jujube Vada) – Freshly Home Made
Chicken Pickle (Bone) – Freshly Home Made
Chicken Pickle (Boneless) – Freshly Home Made
Prawn Pickle..
But i am unable to do this..can you please rearrange my products as per above order..

Can you please solve these problems asap for better appearance of my website..
