Hi, I noticed that some products appear ”out of stock” despite there being availability on woocommerce.

Practical example this product has a stock of 49 pieces but it is out of stock.

    Product link: https://www.hopeedizioni.it/product/morte-i-cavalieri-dellapocalisse-4/

    How can we solve it?

    Thanks so much

    Hi
I see that in the product settings, you still have 49 items in stock.

    Thanks

    Yes, me too.
But the problem is the problem is that I see it out of stock (in production, page shop, if you use the search you see it), especially the ebook, and as you see it is not.

This same problem I have on various products.
Let me know if you understand the problem

    Hi
This is because you have set the overall configuration for this product as out of stock, while one variant is still in stock. You have it reversed. You should configure the overall product as having 49 items in stock and set one variant as out of stock

    Hi,
    thanks for your support.

I still have the problem unfortunately.

    Check out this product:
    Link: https://www.hopeedizioni.it/product/nascosto-in-bella-vista-i-segreti-di-serenitys-plain-4/

As you see in the photos attached to the link, I see the product unavailable but going into the product tab the paper is out of stock but ebook is available and I do not manage the stock. How come? In this way, my clients think that the ebook is also not available

Hi, it’s perfect now, thank you.
How do I fix all the products like that? They had been giving the same problem for a while

    Thank you very much

    Hi
We only selected the product as ‘in stock’ and clicked Update. Next, I chose a variation that was out of stock, and the issue was resolved

    Thanks

    Ok thanks so much.

is there a faster way? So many products give me this problem, making them all by hand will take a lot of time

    Hello,
I finally sorted out the whole stock by opening each individual product. I just wanted to make sure the problem won’t recur in the future

    Thanks

    Hi,
This is not an issue with the theme, but rather due to an incorrect content creation process. You can rest assured because WooCommerce is a major plugin.

If the same issue continues to occur on a large scale, we will develop a tool to assist you with this.

Thanks and have a nice day!
