Minus/plus quantity icon disappear after change product quantity in Cart page

Hi,
after updating quantity for a product into the cart page, minus/plus icon disappear after the ajax page refresh.
Into the product page works well.

I tried with a different theme and minus/plus icon works.

Can you help me?

It works now.

However, today I noticed another thing that is not working.
In the popup that pops up of the wish list, even though there are. products in it, it comes up empty.
