Hi, i have some questions.
The margins have fell out of place.
Email is not sending when you make a purchase. i tried everything that i can do to fix it, but i can’t, I am not saying there is a problem with your template, but if it is or if it’s not i will appreciate you helping me out so we can work this out. What’s the problem? Why don’t you answer the questions we asked you? We bought extra support because we need help, what’s the problem?
After the order has been formed, emails do not arrive as a notification that the customer has purchased the product. in woo commerce everything is set up as it should be.
Also, the problem of blue and red circles with the inscription DO has not been solved (there is a photo attached)
Have in mind that if you don’t answer our complain in 5 days we will raise a dispute for a refund with Envato market.

Our problem is not solved. We do not receive emails after the order has been received, and the blue and red circles with the words DO are still there. We have already written to you about all this twice. The first time you reacted and solved one problem – then you aligned the lines we sent you in the attachment (and then we listed these two additional problems). The second time we contacted you your system marked us as members without paid support.
Please resolve both of these issues this time and also mark us as paid support members so we can get back to you if needed (this time it was too complicated and we were trying to get in touch with you from January 20.
