Issues With Cumulative Layout Shift On My Site

Hi Support,

I am failing the Cumulative Layout Shift metric when I use page speed insights. Every time I go to a new page – a hyperlink outline of the site briefly appears and then disappears.I wonder if this is causing the CLS. Please help me with the menu appearing/disappearing and I’ll try a new page speed insight test.
